Loews is seeking a reliable and energetic Web Chat Representative to work from home in London, England. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through web chat to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize emotional intelligence and persuasion skills to de-escalate tense situations and promote positive customer interactions. 3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Loews products and services to effectively assist customers and drive sales. 4. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve web chat processes and customer experience. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations. 4. Persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive sales. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for working from home.
