Job Description:

Oshkosh is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative in London, England, UK. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Assist with order placement, tracking, and processing returns and exchanges - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience in customer service or sales preferred - Knowledge of web chat platforms and CRM systems is a plus - Leadership skills and project management experience are desired - Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure - Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup
