Location - Rushden
Hours - 37.5 hours per week
Salary - Up to £25,000 per annum

Your role is vital to provide Administrative support to the Technical Service Department to ensure the highest quality of service to customers and Engineers! You will also take ownership and coordinate several Customer Service systems.
Key duties:
-Management of van repairs & MOT's
-Assisting Operations Manager with insurance claims
-Management of the diary for pool vans on Outlook
-New van preparation - racking, security, trackers, camera's
-Management of Congestion Charges & Toll Accounts - ensuring this is correct and old company vehicles are removed.
-Updating of vehicle ownership log issued to TSD.
-Administration of Monthly Van checks emailed from engineers.
-New tooling
-Engineer consumable stock.
-Assisting Operations with stock/tooling area
-Providing Department Manager with costs for budgets and approval.
-Working with Operations Manager to procure new vans and selling of old.
-Installation kits, including tools.
-Hire equipment.
-Replacement of damaged / missing parts
