Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: St. Jude Medical is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Support Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis in London, UK. This entry-level position is the perfect opportunity for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, driven, and possess strong people management and emotional intelligence skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries - Create and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and support best practices - Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback to help improve overall customer satisfaction - Utilize customer relationship management software to track interactions and outcomes

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Confidence and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated people management skills and emotional intelligence - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
