Job Description - Education and Training Nurse

An exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Registered Nurse has arisen on our discharge lounge within Scunthorpe hospital. Full time and part time applications will be considered. Staff work 12 hours days and the discharge lounge is open 7 days a week, staff would be required to work weekends. Post holder must be registered (or pending registration) with NMC UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse who can work dynamically and at a fast pace to ensure safe and effective care delivery. As a member of our team you will work closely with patients, their families and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that high quality care is delivered and a positive experienced for those in our care. Full orientation package will be offered and you will be fully supported by the ward management team to ensure you thrive and flourish in your new environment.
