The firm is recognised across the UK for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Education & Regulatory Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside its existing team dealing with Education 1st Tier Tribunal Cases. The role will include dealing with 1st Tier Tribunal Cases including Health, Education and Social Care matters, Education Law Judicial Review Claims and and providing Education Law Advice. The ideal candidate will be capable of conducting legal proceedings before the courts and tribunals, assisting the team with the development of the regulatory practice and ensuring that relevant deadlines and KPIs are adhered to. A 0-3 year PQE solicitor, preferably with experience of handling Education Law matters Experience of conducting advocacy Flexible approach COMPETITIVE BASIC SALARY – up to £50k dependent on experience
