Education Recruitment Consultant in Newcastle As Education Recruitment is focused on repeat business, relationship building will be a core part of your success, with much of your time spent on the phone and meeting both client contacts and your supply staff face to face. Ideally you will already have experience working within an Education Recruitment setting, but this is a fantastic opportunity for 360 Recruitment Consultants from other temp backgrounds to step in to a Education Recruitment setting and enjoy all the benefits that come with this. Identifying and engaging with new and existing schools. Visiting these schools to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them. Attracting health and social care professionals that are matched to the school requirements and ethos. Advertising on job boards, social media and our website. Filling vacancies on a supply and contract basisTo be successful in this role you will display: A proven track record in recruitment/sales Have an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly health and social care The ability to work under pressureWhat are we looking for in our recruitment consultants?
