Career Teachers are looking to appoint an Education Recruitment Consultant to join the team Manchester, where you will be working with schools across Manchester and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or trainee sales orientated Recruitment Consultant to join one of the market leaders in education recruitment, recruiting high-quality teaching and support staff for short and long-term placements as well as permanent roles.

The role:
Career Teachers is a trusted education recruitment consultancy with over 25 years experience supplying high-quality temporary and permanent teaching and support staff for Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and SEND schools across England.

Here's some of the responsibilities;

• Building relationships with clients and candidates
• Using sales, business development and marketing techniques
• Making outbound marketing and sales calls
• Visiting clients to build and develop close working relationships
• Developing a good understanding of client schools.
• Advertising vacancies by placing adverts on a variety of job boards
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates, employers, and the teaching community
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates
• Using candidate databases to match on jobs and manage bookings
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
