Education and Academic Services This full-time role is available immediately on a permanent basis. We also welcome applicants interested in working part-time hours (0.8 FTE or above). This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home. The starting salary will be from £22,715 on Grade C, depending on qualifications and experience. Summary of the role We have an exciting opportunity to join our Education Support Team in Wonford, providing core and critical operational support for clinical and academic teaching activity for students in all five years of the BMBS Medicine programme in Devon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the development and delivery of the BMBS programme working flexibly both as part of a team and independently with confidence and reliability. BMBS is not a traditional modular curriculum, we work collaboratively with a wide range of NHS partners across Devon to deliver this flagship programme. Medicine is a fast-moving and ever-changing environment, so being comfortable with continuous change and adopting a commitment to ongoing professional development is important within this team. About You You will be looking to challenge yourself delivering a complex course in a high pressure environment as part of a committed programme team. You will bring excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and proven ability to multitask. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be comfortable and confident working with people at all levels (e.g. students, senior managers, academics and consultant clinicians). A personable nature in order to provide outstanding customer service in this front-line role is essential.
