Your new company
Hays Education has strong connections with Primary, Secondary and SEND Schools throughout Nottingham. We are working closely with these schools to find graduates from a variety of different courses who are potentially looking to enter the Education/ Teaching world, or just for a bit of extra work experience.
Your new role
You will be working within our partnership schools to help support across teaching and learning throughout the school. Based on your experience and degree, you will work in a specific department, supporting with the teaching and learning provision. You could be working 1:1 or in small groups with students, assisting teachers with planning and preparation work, school administration and back office work, or assisting with extracurricular activities. What you do, will be based on your prior experience and preference.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be hard-working, reliable and passionate about providing children and young adults the best possible experience at school. It would be desirable to have experience working with children and young adults inside or outside of the classroom, however training will be provided if this is something you do not have. You will be knowledgeable in your subject area, and confident to work with students and other teachers in a school setting.
