Partner Lead - Education

Our client, an award-winning education services business, is currently recruiting for a Lead People Partner on a permanent basis. This will be a full-time position based in South Yorkshire, with a salary of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum . This position is remote , with occasional site travel required. The ideal candidate will ideally have experience working within the education sector, be CIPD L5 qualified and have a full UK Driving License. Leading and mentoring the HR Advisory team to provide advice and support on employee relations case management; identifying and mitigating risk to customers Leading on the development and implementation of People services policies and procedures Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the business area to identify current and future HR related projects Experience leading on change projects including restructures and redundancy programmes Flexible working hours
