Education Recruitment Consultant - City of London- The Leadenhall Building

We are looking for talented individuals to join the primary team in our central London office. You will be working in the heart of the world's financial district meaning that you will benefit from brilliant transport links, incredible culture/ history and being surrounded by business minded people just like yourself! If successful, you will be join a vibrant team in a very successful company in the market.

Veritas Education was established in 2015 and are going from strength to strength. We are about to enter our 7 th year, having grown from 4 staff, to now having 3 offices situated across the country employing over 30 consultants.

We have to-date worked with over 1000 schools and have forged an excellent reputation within the education sector for customer service and honesty. We set up the business using the basic objectives of providing a quality service, with an honest approach to both candidates and clients alike.

We are looking for an individual that strives for success and is driven both financially and for personal development. We have a team here with decades of combined experience that can really help you grow as a consultant and be successful in the industry. You should ideally have a passion for education, but also be someone that understands that in a sales environment you only get out as much as you put in.

Note, that there is no requirement to be experienced within the sales or recruitment sector and we would be very keen to hear from people who are simply interested in the sales/ education and qualified teachers/ teaching assistants looking for a change. Our salaries, benefits and commission schemes are amongst of the best in the recruitment market and we also have an equity scheme on offer which could be worth in excess of £100,000 if the company ever decides to sell or float meaning that everyone benefits (we believe we are unique in the market with this).

Additionally, we offer a variety of incentives throughout the year such as overseas trips, extra break time for exercise, breakfast delivered to the office regularly, dress-down Fridays, monthly company nights out (theatre, meal etc), plus a whole host of other incentives.

As an example of our commission scheme, 150 (30 placements) days equates to a monthly commission of £5290 + additional bonus if significantly over target! 200 days (40 placements) = £7360!
