Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team to ensure effective operations and achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and productivity- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies- Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for professional development- Handle administrative tasks efficiently to support the team's success

Pay: £33,957.78-£87,057.45 per year
