Experienced Training Manager
Three Shires Ltd are specialist contractors to the Construction, Rail, Utilities, Highways, and Civil Infrastructure sectors. For over 20 years Three Shires has developed long standing relationships with the UK s leading House Builders, Construction Contractors, Civil Engineers, Developers, Environmental and Ecological Consultants. Our services include Ecological, Vegetation Clearance, Invasive Weed, Tree Protection, Site Hoarding and Security Fencing we also undertake all other aspects of site enablement.
Three Shires Limited are looking to recruit an experienced Training Manager to support our team.
You will be required to train our staff on the safe, efficient, and effective use of a wide variety of tractor based agricultural/forestry equipment and implements used within our business. Applicants should have a broad range of practical experience in the use of tractor based agricultural and forestry machinery and be capable of working on their own initiative, with an in-depth knowledge across this range of equipment. We are looking for an individual who can take newly certified machine drivers (CPCS, NPORS, FMO) and turn them into skilled operators. The work will be varied and interesting for the right candidate.

The successful Training Manager will have:

Circa. £40K, plus pension, 28 days paid holiday and vehicle for commuting to site.
