We are expanding our Account Management team and are looking for an Account Director who will be responsible for driving growth from our large enterprise customers across the Private Sector. We're looking for individuals with a proven track record in selling cloud software, particularly in HR, Payroll, and/or Finance. Experience in effectively communicating the business value of our solutions to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models is highly desirable. Responsibilities: Build relationships with the customer leadership team and work to understand the internal and external factors influencing their business. Position MHR’s strategy to the customer leadership team. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to build joint vision roadmaps outlining the value that MHR will deliver. Prospect, building pipeline and selling MHR solutions. Engage with C-level prospects to position MHR strategic value proposition and drive deals to closure. Document daily activity in Salesforce to track performance. Ensure all customers are referenceable. Visit customers every 90-days. Work with Customer Success to resolve any escalations and to ensure value is derived from investment in MHR. Key Skills: Strong and demonstrable experience of building relationships and selling at C-level. Consistent performance of delivering sales and customer satisfaction targets. Experience of account planning and contract management. Experience selling business value to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models, rather than competing on features and functions. Strong discovery, planning and closing skills. Objection handling. Excellent communication skills Proven experience of selling cloud software, ideally HR, Payroll and/or Finance. Is empathetic and successful at engaging with all levels in an organization. A strong focus on building relationships and working within a team-selling environment. Strong discovery skills. Technology awareness; for example, cloud platforms, integration, and analytics.
