TANAKATSU is looking to recruit an experienced head waiter / supervisor / assistant restaurant manager to join an award-winning Japanese Katsu specialist in the quiet yet destinated corner of Angel, London. The successful candidate . -will have more than 2 years of experience as an assistant floor manager, supervisor or head waiter/ waitress in the similar environment. . -will have an excellent attention to detail. -will be highly organised [ training, cleaning, shift planning, during service]. -will have excellent interpersonal skills and make the best out of each crew member by working together with them. -will be able to be the great support of the manager, and keep the team motivated and engaged in their duty while on the shifts. -will be able to delegate duties to the tam members while making sure that they are trained for their given roles.. -will be ready for the worst-case scenario and be quick at the trouble shooting and action . -will be able to communicate closely with the manager and the head chef for the better result on the daily basis . -is not shy to priories his/ her profession Experience: Required Languages: English – Advanced Employment: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Saturday Salary: £30,000 yearly Benefits: Competitive tips, 50% staff discount when you dine About Tanakatsu: We believe in the honesty, simplicity and quality.
