BANKING ADMINISTRATOR

WELLINGBOROUGH

Our Operations team are growing, are you ready to cash in your current role and join a business who will invest in you? Weatherbys Bank are currently looking for a Banking Administrator to join us on a full time, permanent basis at our office in Wellingborough on a Monday to Friday 09:30- 18:00 basis.

You will work within the Operations department, providing exemplary standards of customer service and friendly, professional assistance to a wide range of clients, in addition to assisting with a variety of banking tasks including general administration, account opening, closing and payments.

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £21,500 per annum. In addition, you will receive 25 days’ annual leave (plus bank holidays). WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Assist with a variety of banking tasks, ensuring all individual responsibilities are completed in accordance with bank processes and procedures
• Deal with any calls in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner and to ensure any queries taken are dealt with or passed on correctly and timescales
• Complete and be flexible about all assigned operational tasks and ensure all confidential correspondence is securely filed away prior to departure at the end of the day

• Attend regular training sessions and take responsibility for Continuous Professional Development
