BARISTA, THE ROSEBERY
39 hours, 5 days per week

We’re looking for a Barista to join our timeless Rosebery restaurant.

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address. It’s another world; a world of oriental luxury and the most attentive service. A world that’s all about our guests.

As a Barista at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating good knowledge of the beverage menu and preparation of beverages such as teas, coffees etc. etc. to a high standard.
• Preparing the mise en place for the operation.
• Delivering drinks to the table and explaining these to guests.
• Communicating guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.

As a Barista, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Barista candidate , you will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You ideally will have worked in a similar environment and have experience working as a Barista or in a similar role.
