Events Manager We're currently recruiting a dedicated Events Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Events Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. • Health and Safety
• Food Hygiene
• Food Information Regulations
• Licensing Laws
• Employment Law
• Fire Regulations
• Sales of Goods / Trade Description
• Report all maintenance issues and hazards as in the company health and safety manual.
• Demonstrate best working practices in all duties and comply with company manuals.
• Actively upsell each request to maximise revenue and profitability. Maximise the sales opportunities that occur within the planning and operational stages of the functions and events.

Our Ideal Event's Manager

• Proven experience as an Events Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
