Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

Who we are looking for?

As our Fitness Manager , you will coach our members and help to promote their physical and mental wellbeing. You will manage and coach the Fitness Team ensuring we offer a luxury experience for our members and guests.

As a Fitness Manager you will be:

• Experience in managing and leading a fitness team with focus on world-class service delivery and standards.
• Experience in driving membership engagement (especially during winter and summer months)
• Experienced in managing personal trainers
• Experienced in studio management and managing freelance instructors
• Committed to self-learning and continuous improvement (learning new skills/taking new qualifications).
• Creative with your approach to ensure we are offering world-class facilities, classes and campaigns
• A team orientated, positive, driven, organised and solution focused leader.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
