Thornwick Bay Holiday Village is set on the beautiful East Yorkshire Coastline, with stunning views over the North Landing Bay, this restaurant is the perfect setting for our guests to relax and unwind whilst enjoying casual dining or drinks with friends. The restaurant has 250 covers, with additional outdoor terrace seating: and room for growth under the right leadership. Operating between March and November with daily opening from 9am till late, operating with a peak team number of 30. With the close season being focused on strategic planning and operational process reviews. HOURS: 45 Hours per week over 5 days
What You'll Be Doing As a Front of House Team Manager you would be responsible for implementing and maintaining service standards, recruiting, and training a team, along with managing stocks and achieving KPI targets. You will lead and inspire a high-performing team to ensure the efficient running of our Restaurant to standard. Working alongside a Food & Beverage Leadership Team, there is collaborative working across the Food & Beverage proposition, providing the ideal opportunity for individual growth. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, but also fully immerse yourself in our ‘One Great Team’ culture here at Haven.
What We Would Like You To Bring
As a Front of House or Restaurant Manager you will be confident and brilliant at leading and developing large teams in a fast paced and complex Restaurant / Food Industry environment, with a solid commercial awareness. Ideally you will have an understanding of Stock Controls and ‘Back of House’ and how the Kitchen operates efficiently.
