Our stunning new home Bridgewater Manor, a purpose-built care home facility in thepopular location of Worsley Village, Salford. The homeis registered toprovidecare to 71 residentswho have a variety of care needs including residential and nursing.The home meets all CQC requirements andprovidesthe highest of safety,comfortand care to residents.All team members are hand selected for their warmth and passion, they have a full induction and ongoing training from ourin housetrainers in conjunction with the New Care Academy.The home is rated GOOD in all domains by CQC.New Care has had a0 agencyusage for over3yearsas we employ a permanent staff team to ensure continuity of care to residents from staff that know them and that residents know and trust. We are seeking to appoint akind, caring and motivated Head of Hospitality to join our team.To beresponsible for organising the Hospitality Assistants and Care Assistants to enable the dining experience for our residents to be smooth and efficient at all times. This role is an exciting role leading a team of Hospitality Assistants including rotas, training, supervisions.We have a 40 hour contract available with an excellent hourly rate of £12.Shift times are 0800-1900, with alternate weekend working. Ensure there is a provision of high standard of hospitality service. To ensure that all training given is adhered to. Manage, allocate duties and supervise the hospitality team ensuring a quality delivery of care for the duration of the shift. Take responsible for promoting safeguarding the welfare of adults that the post holder is responsible for or comes into contact with. Dining or Restaurant Supervisor experience is essential.
