Y ou will be responsible for :
    Marketing Support - Manag ing team helpdesk, assigning tickets, handling smaller requests and supporting press enquiries and mediaevents.
  • DigitalSupport - Maintain ing the accuracy of Edinburgh Leisure activitiesinformation across digital platforms and collaborating with the Digital team on website, app, andGoogle business page updates.
  • Design &Content - Assist ing contentcreation, collaborating onprojects like launching the TikTok channel, supporting signage and smaller designtasks, andensuring compliance with GDPRretention policies.
  • Research - Coordinat ing data requests, managing ongoing research and surveys, and generating reportsfor market sectors.
  • Administration - Provid ing generaladministrative support, coordinating withexternal suppliers, managing site visits and invoicing, and maintaining Marketing Team intranetpages.
Our ideal candidate willhave:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or 2 years working experience in amarketing-based role.
  • Working knowledgeof MS Office, and experience ofwriting either for study or work purposes .
  • Strong organisationalskill s with the ability toproblem-solve and prioritise to strategically develop creativesolutions.
  • Highlevel of accuracy and attention todetail with the ability to work well underpressure.
  • Proactive, tenacious, and adaptable personality withexcellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability toclearly convey information and ideas to a varied customerbase.
