Job Description - Operations Analyst and Administrator

Operations Analyst and Administrator About the role In this role, you will act as a gatekeeper to closing orders and communicating and escalating identified issues effectively and timely manner. You will also gather and process data generated from our internal systems and through daily analysis identify trends and resolutions to any issues. As part of this role you will support the Night Warehouse Management Team with key administrative requirements to enable timely completion and communication of key activities. The hours for this role will be 10:30pm-7:00am. What you will do: Sales Order Closure * Ensure sales orders are closed in a timely manner and generate data tables to gather required information.
* Escalate any missed orders to ensure effective resolution and communication.
* Conduct investigation and analysis of incomplete orders to identify root cause.
* Generate and communicate the daily missing list on time for operation teams to ensure all stakeholders and required visibility. Analysis * Compilation of data on a nightly basis and utilising this to identify trends and root cause through analysis and liaising with key stakeholders.
* Provide recommendations and implement agreed solutions to monitor progress to embed improvements. Administration * Ensure accurate processing and releasing of information, shipments and orders to required timescales.
* Printing of required orders and information to be provided appropriate to stakeholders.
* Any other administrative duties as required by the Night Management Team. What you will need: * Previous data analysis and administrative experience.
* Demonstrable experience in Microsoft Office packages especially Excel.
* Experience using Warehousing systems.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy conscious
* Good organisation skills with the ability to work flexibly to achieve required deadlines.
