Guest Services Manager - London - £45-55k Are you an experienced Guest Services Manager from a premium Corporate Reception business looking for a new role? Are you all about the client journey and providing a first-class service to all of your guests and encourage your team to do the same? I am currently recruiting a Guest Services Manager to oversee the smooth running of the guest services within some of London’s most stunning offices, which have the feel of a 5* Hotel. This will include the Visitor Reception, Business Lounge, Communal Working Spaces and meeting rooms system management. As the Guest Services Manager you will be responsible for all Guest Services across 2 buildings, ensuring the team deliver the very best levels of customer service. The ideal Guest Services Manager will have the following skills/ experience; Earlier 5* hotel or Michelin Restaurant experience Strong stakeholder management
