Our 350 bed property is three-miles from Heathrow Airport's Terminal 5, and the Heathrow Hoppa Service travels from our hotel to Terminal 5 every 30 minutes during peak times. A day in the life of…

As Reservations Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel pricing strategy, ensuring maximum revenue, market share and the successful conversion of reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into materialised bookings. You will manage day to day relationships with local corporate bookers and utilise sales opportunities to maximise revenue. You will supervise the reservations team, ensure appropriate staffing levels, effective distribution of workload and ensuring that the correct standards of service are maintained.
