Working closely with our management team, you will oversee the front of house team's performance, manage finances, nurture recruitment and team development, oversee stock management, and uphold stringent health and safety standards. We seek an experienced individual who can successfully lead from the front, inspire and grow the service team and in providing quality service standards and ultimately commiting to deliver the very best customer service experience and product offering. You must possess a deep understanding of business acumen tailored to the food and beverage industry, with the ability to set clear goals, drive results, and foster meaningful connections. As an ideal candidate, you should have prior experience as a Hospitality Bar & Restaurant Manager, demonstrating a fervent passion for hospitality and a strong knowledge of food and beverage. Holding a Scottish personal license would be advantageous as is a commitment to elevate customer experiences and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Your strong grasp of bar and restaurant operations, along with a full UK driving license, will be invaluable in this role Proven track record as a Hospitality Bar & Restaurant Manager, bringing valuable expertise to the team. Demonstrates a remarkable ability to lead, train, and motivate teams to excel. Infused with a genuine passion for hospitality and a deep knowledge of food and beverage. Dedication to delivering customer experiences and using benchmarked customer feedback as a compass. Assumes responsibility for daily operations, ensuring full legal compliance. Collaborates with chefs on menu planning and development, including cost management. Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal service and value. Possesses a robust understanding of bar and restaurant operations administration.
