Restaurant Duty Manager required for Badger and Co, a well-established bar and restaurant situated in the heart of Edinburgh. With a menu inspired by local and seasonal produce, an exclusive private dining room where you can feast on beasts and a trip to our outdoor riverbank area there is so much to be discovered at Badger and Co… We’re an awesome team filled with hardworking and fun-loving people. We’d love for you to join us. We have 21 venues in Scotland, including Cold Town House, Badger and Co, The Spiritualist, McLarens on the Corner, Copper Blossom, The Smokin’ Fox and more. Skills required: teamwork, charm, honesty, creativity, friendly, being a real team player. A bit of banter gets you a long way! You will support the General Manager of the running of the site. You’ll be the benchmark for customer service of Element, leading by example and training others to give the highest level of great customer experience. You’ll have at least a couple of years’ experience in a supervisor role in a similar environment in order to steer the team here. You will enjoy planning and organising and will always work to the highest professional standards. You will be a natural motivator. Here’s the deets:

• Great annual salary plus tronc and tips (no quibbling, 100% goes to the staff!)
• 45 hour week, paid monthly
