CyHawk Hospitality, the second largest franchisee for Perkins Restaurant and Bakery is looking for a General Manager for our restaurant in Hastings, NE. Two years of restaurant management experience is required. Perkins is a full-service restaurant.
Salary is $70,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus.
Benefits include 2 weeks of vacation, health, free dental, life/disability insurance, car allowance, and more. We're closed on Christmas day.
CyHawk Hospitality is family-owned, company that opened our first restaurant in 2007 and currently operate 19 restaurants throughout seven Midwest states.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Manages the operations of assigned restaurant; responsible for achieving planned sales and profit levels for the restaurant through the implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards. Delivers an exceptional guest experience and provide a great working environment for the staff.
