Launched in July 2023– A fine-casual destination restaurant mixing modern British with tradition and an international accent. Buzzy and fast paced from morning to late, the menu which will include a market leading afternoon tea, showcase seasonal ingredients with provenance and sustainability at heart, perfect for an everyday treat, casual lunch, business meeting or celebratory dinner.

Please note this is a part time 32 hour contract over 5 days per week.

Hourly Rate of £12.50 plus service charge

What will I be doing?

• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Coordinate seating for customers
• Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
• Manage table set-ups
• Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

ELIGIBILITY

• In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
