Job Description General Manager for Premier Neighborhood Restaurant, St. John's Wood, London Overview We are in search of a results-driven and seasoned General Manager to lead our client restaurant located in the residential area of St. John's Wood, London. The successful candidate will have comprehensive oversight of the front-of-house operations, driving our client commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative tasks, including paperwork, objective-setting, and staff meetings.
• Assume full responsibility for the hiring and training of staff.
• Lead the front-of-house team
• Collaborate with the executive chef on kitchen operations.
• Address weekly P&L, stock take, invoice reconciliation, and planning tasks.

• 5 years senior managerial experience in the hospitality sector. ideally a branded operation with structure and processes
• Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
• Flexibility to work during operational hours, including weekends.

• Prior experience in managing a seasoned team, especially those resistant to change, is desirable.
• Ability to display strong leadership skills and inspire team members.

• Directly report to the business owner.
• Weekly senior management meetings to discuss challenges, ideas, and strategies.
