Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. Our Estelle Waiters cover our four different Restaurant Concepts, they are also responsible our South Terrace and Swimming Pool area and in-room dining for 108 guest bedrooms including our private houses and cottages. Our Waiters and Head Waiters will help members and guests to navigate our menus, answer questions on any allergen or dietary requirements, pre-empt members and guests needs and make them feel truly looked after. Runners and Commis Waiters will assist in the transport of the plates from kitchen to table and assist in providing excellent service to our members and guests. In-Room Dining Waiters will serve guests in their bedrooms and cottages, allowing them to experience our restaurants menus in the privacy of their room. Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests. A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting. 79 per hour (depending on experience) plus tronc.
