£Excellent Unmissable opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef who has worked in 4* or 5* establishments ideally in a hotel restaurant environment. The Company This is a newly created venue as part of a wider estate which encompasses accommodation, club house and hospitality space. With a brand new team being brought on this is a great opportunity for the right person to join at a super exciting time! The restaurant will be Grill focused with a British flair and form the hub of this exciting venue. The role The Senior Sous Chef is a key hire for the newly created kitchen team in the 5* restaurant who will work closely with the Head Chef to plan and execute the daily operations of the kitchen. This will include overseeing and supervising the kitchen team, managing food prep and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety and cleanliness. Menu development and execution is also part of this role and a high attention to detail and presentation of food is critical. About you We are are seeking experience in a 4* or 5* hotel or high end restaurant with a focus on guest experience. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with a good command of the English language and ideally additional languages. Well presented with strong IT and office skills are key as is a full clean driving license and own vehicle.
