Come and join our brigade of chefs to work in an exiting venue near Twickenham. We are looking for a Sous Chef to assist the executive chef, catering for high profile clients. The Sous chef must have a good track record in catering for high volumes and events, with strong leadership skills. If you have proven track record catering for events and hospitality and enjoy the vibe in a rugby stadium, then this might be the job for you. NO LATE NIGHTS. We offer
· £38,500 per annum, 40 hours per week
Overtime paid in Lieu
· Monday-Friday (Unless a match day), therefore will need to be flexible

- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and overall kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes and specials
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary
