Develop a high-performing guest operations team, and deliver brand-specific customer experiences (mainly in FO but also across Guest Operations). Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities Focused service brand background, with ‘hands on’ experience/knowledge preferred.
