Supporting a team of healthcare professionals in a University setting you will be responsible for the full coordination of their diary's and management of the service contract You will schedule, book and confirm appointments for vaccinations and Occupational health clearance- coordinating and administering around 16 appointments per day Liaison with Nurses, Doctors and Healthcare professionals Onsite running of the vaccination clinic once per week or as required - Transportation and ordering of stock Skills required for this administration and customer service role
