The Project Coordinatos role is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Operations department. Coordinate and project manage multiple workstreams Contributing to effective communication and teamwork within the team and promoting a positive work culture. Collaborating with quality assurance teams to address quality-related issues and continuously improve processes. Extensive Project Coordination /Project Management Using Project Management methods (i.e. Prince, PMP, etc) and tools like Monday.com , MS Project or similar. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with team members, management, and other departments. Organization and Planning: Strong organizational abilities are crucial for an Operations Coordinator. Quality & Risk awareness: Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations and contributing to a culture of quality and continuous improvement. This involves being flexible in adjusting plans, managing unexpected situations, and quickly adapting to new technologies or market demands. Effective time management skills is necessary to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently. Sage 200, SAP or other relevant ERP software.
