Associate Quantity Surveyor

A dynamic and highly regarded Construction Consultancy in Bristol is looking to add a professional, ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with over 60 years of success in the industry.

The firm has continued to go from strength to strength and expanded significantly, growing from a team of 60 to over 180 professionals across six offices nationwide.

A cornerstone of their success is their dedication to organic growth as well as their emphasis on continued professional development and personalised career plans. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in continuing to grow and develop the team, managing the QS team and mentoring more junior surveyors closely.

The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also act as Employers Agent, leading schemes across a variety of sectors such as Education, Higher Education, Blue Light/Local Authority, Retail, Residential, and Healthcare sectors.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

Will have:

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Construction Consultancy
• Employers Agent/Contract Administration experience is highly desirable
• Strong pre & post contract experience
• Previous experience managing small teams is ideal

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are ooking to offer:

• £65,000 - £75,000
