Our vision at Ashford & St Peters is to provide an outstanding experience and outcomes for patients and staff.

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Support Workers to join our temporary staffing - Bank on Us service. You must have at least six months continuous, recent experience employed as a Health Care Support Worker in an appropriate care setting and have excellent communication and IT skills as well as a compassionate nature and a desire to provide high standards of care to our patients.

There are a variety of hours and shifts available and we are particularly keen to hear from people who are able to work day shifts.

Please note this role is for the Adult Services only.

Shifts are available on the following sites: St Peter's Hospital, Ashford Hospital and Woking Community Hospital.

Shift times include:

Early shift 0715-1415Late shift 1315-2000Long day 0715-2000Night shift 1930-0745

Once you have completed the Bank Pre-Registration process you will be booked to attend the Trust's Induction Programme which is 10 days. This commitment is required to support and enhance your current skills and knowledge.

Successful applicants ideally would have obtained the National Care Certificate or will need to achieve this within six months of joining to remain on the register.
