As the Clinic Manager , you'll enjoy a competitive salary ranging from £43,500 to £49,000 , plus a performance bonus. You'll also appreciate the flexible working pattern, with shifts between Monday to Saturday (no Sundays) . As the Clinic Manager, your responsibilities will include: Full operational and clinical management of the clinic, ensuring high care and quality outcomes. Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and preparing the clinic for audits. Instigating continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels. Effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control. Supervising, training, and supporting staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development. Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with referring Client Organisation/s and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Package and Benefits: As the Clinic Manager, you'll receive: An annual salary of £43,500 - £49,000 plus a performance bonus. 35 days holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday) increasing with service. The ideal Clinic Manager candidate will have : Level 1 Nurse Registration with the NMC, with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing. Experience in Haemodialysis and the ability to manage nursing teams. Proven experience in managing and supporting a team of specialist nurses and practitioners. Excellent understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and its implications for Independent Healthcare providers. Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
