This temporary top up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2024/25 is confirmed To ensure the efficient and effective day to day management of the Community Equipment Loan depot at West Point Stores Penarth; To manage the receipt, storage and distribution of all Community Equipment and Continence Products in accordance with professional procurement principles; To provide a safe, accurate and timely distribution of goods to hospitals, clinics and patient’s homes, in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, in line with Service Level Agreements; To deliver the Joint Equipment Service in line with key Performance Indicators as directed by the Joint Equipment Services Manager. To manage a planned safe and reliable medical and social equipment delivery service from the Stores to patients’ homes, all Hospitals / Wards / Departments / Clinics / Health Centres / Special Schools / GP Surgeries within the Cardiff and Vale area, and collection therefrom as required Provide and ensure that the delivery and service of goods are carried out in accordance with the Service Level Agreement with other Health Board Directorates, Local Health Board and Cardiff City Council, Vale of Glamorgan council, District Nurses and other community stakeholders English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
