Service line Full-time CBRE's Operational Real Estate Team (OPRE) is seeking an Associate Director/Director to join our business and aid in the growth of our Valuation & Advisory function. This position will focus on the Healthcare sector, which is an established and ever growing sector for the business, however it also offers the opportunity to work across a range of other operational sectors such as hotels, pubs and leisure, and self-storage. The role includes preparing trading, investment, and development valuations, writing reports, analysing client data, and providing market-facing advice. You will also have the chance to contribute to business development by building client relationships and attending industry events. Advanced IT skills, especially MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Preference will be given to those with Argus Enterprise/Developer and financial modelling experience.
