About you:

You’ll be joining the Marking team as an Events Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Events & Client Experience, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

This role will support the delivery of ClearBank’s events programme for external and internal audiences within the Events team. You'll be an integral part of our team as we drive revenue for the business. The role provides plenty of growth opportunities, given your willingness to progress.

You will:

You will provide support to the Events team with the following:

  • Develop an understanding of ClearBank’s client base and how we interact with our clients
  • Help with the research and design of the events calendar
  • Support the planning and execution of selected in-person and virtual events for both external and internal audiences
  • Provide admin support on budget, branded merchandise, briefing documents, post-event reporting and ad hoc requests
  • Coordination with the wider Marketing team and external agencies to deliver event materials, ensuring consistency in tone of voice and look and feel
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of event marketing and related assets including emails, social media posts and landing pages
  • Support the management of post event lead tracking to ensure the appropriate data is available for ROI reporting

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for events management and is keen to gain hands on experience in delivering events in financial services. We’re looking for an all-rounder who is motivated by a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas.

You’re a go-getter willing to learn and develop your skills and is able to work independently but also in a team and cross-functionally. You'll be resourceful, have a positive attitude and can start projects from the ground up, bringing your ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • Events Management or Marketing graduate preferred
  • Some experience of coordinating events. Financial services or corporate events preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work under time pressure in a small but supportive team
  • Excellent organisation skills and deadline focused approach
