Facilities Manager (Healthcare) 60,000 - £70,000 (Initial 6-month FTC - could be extended) + 33 days holiday + 5% Pension Are you a Facilities Manager with experience working on sites in a Healthcare setting with a good understanding of cost control and health and safety looking for an initial 6 month fixed term contract, with every possibility of going permanent? Do you want to work for one of the leading providers of comprehensive facilities management services who offer a full spectrum of FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, catering, security, horticulture, environment and energy? In this role you will focus on planning and implementation of lifecycle programming, minor works, major project works and maintenance programmes while maintaining focus on value for money and cost effectiveness. This role would suit a Facilities Manager with experience working on sites in a Healthcare setting with a good understanding of cost control and health and safety.
