Job Description We are partnering with a leading company that boasts a rich history in the industry and owns some of the most well-known brands, regularly found in households across the UK and globally. They are seeking a high-performing Brand Manager with experience in managing brand and media budgets to oversee the largest brand in their portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of annual brand plans, taking full responsibility for the Brand P&L, pricing, and packaging strategy, and creating a cohesive cross-channel brand experience. This role also includes line management responsibilities, with one Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) reporting directly to the Brand Manager. The successful candidate will ensure innovation projects are delivered on time. Optimise and implement long-term strategy across the brand product portfolio Lead annual brand planning across various channels Manage and optimise pricing and packaging strategy for the brand Monitor brand performance in the market and against competitors, keeping up with trends and reporting back to the business Collaborate with the commercial team to plan seasonal activities and shopper marketing plans 3+ years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG industry
