About The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Halford House Dental Clinic based just off the main high street in Newbury.  We are a busy 5 surgery practice, providing NHS and private dental care.

Hours:Monday 09:45 - 19:15, Wednesday & Friday 07:45 - 17:15 with alternate Saturdays 07:45 - 17:15

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

• Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
• Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
• Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
• Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
• Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
