About The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the team at our busy Halton House Dental Clinic based in the pretty village of Paulton, Bristol.  There is onsite parking available.

Hours:  Monday - Friday 08:15 - 17:15 (part-time applications welcome)

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental/medical/health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include:

• Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
• Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
• Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
• Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
• Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
