Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Hybrid Working – Dundee or Perth
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £51,643 - £63,185 per annum

About the role The Finance Manager vacancy has arisen following a recent internal promotion into a newly created role, with the aim of enhancing the strategic capacity of Caledonia’s Finance team. Our Finance Manager will provide an excellent service to our customers across all areas of finance support, developing and managing collaborative working relationships between the finance department and other internal and external service users; providing financial information to help them operate efficiently and effectively and to support business planning and decision-making that focuses on value for money and delivers positive outcomes for our tenants. You will be responsible for all operational activities in the finance team including, but not limited to, the operation of income, expenditure and service charge; working closely alongside the Head of Finance to ensure compliance with tax, regulatory and reporting requirements. What you will bring You will have had experience of leading, managing and coaching people, ensuring effective and timely delivery of all critical Finance outputs, and encouraging a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will drive the ongoing evolution of the Finance function, seeking opportunities to streamline delivery and enhance the value of the services provided by Finance. You must be a qualified accountant and be able to demonstrate that you have operated at a senior level, providing effective and influential support and challenge to colleagues on key financial issues and deliverables.
