This includes overseeing the procurement, preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications.You will provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, ensuring they deliver exceptional medicine management services. Additionally, you may assume responsibility for specialized clinical services.You will contribute significantly to the smooth daily operations of the Pharmacy department, guaranteeing a safe and effective medicine management service for patients, staff, consultants, and other customers.You will actively provide clinical insights on medications to all patients under our care.Ensuring accurate and timely medication charges is essential.You will champion compliance with all relevant regulations, professional codes, and best practice frameworks.Requirements:A degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc, or BPharm) is mandatory.You must be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacist.A thorough understanding of the GPhCs Codes of Professional Conduct, Ethics, and Performance, and their practical application, is crucial.A postgraduate clinical diploma in clinical pharmacy (hospital) or demonstrably equivalent experience is required.We require a minimum of 3 years of GPhC registration and at least 2 years of experience working within a hospital environment.Familiarity with the Care Standards Act and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Requirements is essential.You must possess a minimum of GCSEs (grades A-C) or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English (functional skills level 2 evidence is acceptable).A valid BOPA passport is mandatory.A minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology is highly desirable.If you are a seasoned Senior Clinical Pharmacist with a passion for oncology, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to make a real difference, we encourage you to apply!INDPHAJBRP1_UKTJ
