Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 2 Contractor - Healthcare I am currently representing a Top 25 UK Contractor who work across the Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial and Leisure sectors. My client's portfolio of work includes a mix of framework led and private sector schemes under both single and two stage tender processes. My client have secured a New Build Healthcare scheme valued at £10m . This is a steel frame diagnostic unit. You will report into a Commercial Manager and lead the scheme commercially. Requirements Previous project history across multiple sectors Prior experience of working across both JCT and NEC Contracts from PCSA Stages Excellent understanding of modern build techniques Established Commercial lead on projects Strong experience of managing stakeholders and demanding clients What's in it for you?
